Centipede Control

"I can use atrazine in a yard with young centipede?

I just planted my garden with seeds Tifblair Centipede. It is growing well, and most are at least 1 inch tall. However, I noticed Some of the weeds are coming through the grass, and I would like to apply atrazine to control for the centipede can be established. Is it too early to use atrazine on my lawn to control weeds in others?
