Flea Spray For Kittens

Neem Spray for Kittens?

I have a 10 day old kitten that was rescued from a wild liter who had perished, all but for him. He's quite plagued by fleas and I was wondering if "Neem Spray" by Ark Naturals would work for a kitten so young. The label says safe for 6 weeks or older, but I was wondering if applying a light coating from a saturated paper towel would work safely!? Or would it poison the kitten?! Anyone have any experience or advice?! Of course Ark Naturals is closed today or I'd call their 800 number.

Don't use anything on a 10 day old kitten. It can be poisoned. Get a flea comb and comb out the fleas and eggs. After each stroke dip the comb in alcohol to kill the ones you get off. At 5 weeks old, the kitten can be treated with Revolution under a vet's supervision.
