How to get rid of ants in your house??
There are over 12,000 species of ants in the world, build colonies like humans and are in a constant battle for space.
Here are some facts about ants
1.Ants have been living on Earth over 100 million years and can be found almost anywhere in the world.
2.Ants build different types of households. Many ants build simple mounds dirt or sand. Other ants use sticks mixed with dirt and sand to make a stronger mound that offers protection against rain.
3.Ants hills Cities ants build large complexes contain ventilation systems that the elimination of carbon dioxide and provide fresh air
4.Ants are social insects This means that live in large colonies or groups. Some colonies consist of millions of ants. There are three types of ants in each species, the queen, sterile workers, and males.
5.Ants are the only animals besides humans who wage a war on organized battalions against other opponents organized.
6.Ants not have lungs. Oxygen enters through tiny holes all over the body and carbon dioxide leaves through the same holes.
They consist of 3 parts main. The head, trunk (middle), and the rear or metasoma. The six legs are attached to the trunk. The head is composed of the jaws, eyes and antennae.
So when they invade our property that can wreak havoc, and will use our food supply as their own.
How do we get rid of them??
I added some methods that work in my own experience.
1.The powder or talcum / baby powder.This method is that in my experience it works better. Because ant breaths through holes in their bodies the dust clogs the holes and eventually kills the ant, the ant also has the dust back to their colony and affects the ants with the same dust process.Add to floors and walls next to leave for a week and to end the problem of the ant. Note that the ants can be powder poisonous to be very careful with this near children and pets.
2. Another home remedy to kill ants is to mix boric acid and sugar until form a paste, a tablespoon of boric acid in a cup of pasta sugar.Drop near where you saw the ants, which are poisonous to eat pasta him back to the nest and infect the queen thus destroying the colony.
3.Black pepper is a non-lethal, poison free, cheap and safe to get rid of ants - sprinkle the black pepper which is to gather and watch them run. Continue to leave where they are - which is the same place you are going in - and sprinkle the pepper at that location to prevent back in. It is safe to use on your cabinets, windows, near your pets and children around food.
4.The main reason ants return to their home should a food source, be sure to remove crumbs, food, sugar and other sweet foods as food grains from their units, and clean so that everything is clean.
